Although there is trace amount of various nutrients in brown sugar that come from molasses, Clovers Brown Sugar with Molasses 500 g brown sugar is not considered healthier than other sugars. A combination of white sugar and molasses is your best bet for a brown sugar substitute, as that's exactly what brown sugar is made of (1). To make your own light brown sugar, mix 1 cup (200 grams) of granulated white sugar with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of molasses.

At checkout, you may select your preferred window and we will make every attempt to deliver within that time period. In the event that there is a delay to delivering your order within the exact time window, you will be notified as much in advance as is possible.
